Sultan is a chartered Public Account registered in the Tunisian Association of chartered accountants.
He has obtained his National Chartered Accountant Diploma from ISCAE Manouba in 2023, his Post Graduate Degree in Auditing and his Master’s degree in Auditing from the ISG Tunis in 2013.
He has 12 years of experience, including two years at PwC Tunisia. He began his career in September 2013 by carrying out audit assignments for companies operating in different business sectors, including banks, SICAVs, FCPs, brokers, agricultural, manufacturing and tourism, private school and universities, start-ups, etc. He has also worked on different tax and accounting due diligences and on a mission to set up a manual of procedure.
Building on his experience in audit, accounting expertise, and professional background, he specialized in taxation. He joined PwC’s tax team in December 2022, before founding his own firm in August 2024, and subsequently joining CLS & Strategy Tunisia in October 2025.
Sultan is also a university teacher at the ISG in Tunis where he also provides the coordination of the “Taxation” module. He is a also a professional trainer in different areas.

Sultan has extensive expertise in national tax legislation in different sectors (financial, manufacturing industries, tourism, agriculture, etc.) as well as in tax due diligence.
Sultan has a portfolio of clients for whom he provides on-going tax consultancy and ensures that they comply with all tax obligations in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
